THALLON is a high quality organic, early harvest extra virgin olive oil, with health claim (high content of polyphenols) from single-variety CHONDOLIA CHALKIDIKIS, with rich flavor profile (FRUIT 5.5Mf, PUNGENT 6.5Mb and BITTER of 5mp), and low acidity <0.3%.

Thallon has a Health Claim, due to the high concentration of polyphenols.  According to the European Food

Safety Authority (EFSA) and European Regulation 432/2012

THALLON early harvest olive oil has all the taste characteristics of the Chondrolia Chalkidiki variety, which is rich fruity taste with aromatic notes of grass, greens, pepper, tomato and balanced the bitter and spicy

(FRUIT5.5Mf, PUNGIT 6.5.0MB and B5).

THALLON is a limited and specific crop, as every year during production, all of it is stored in a large tank, from where we send a sample for chemical analysis, organoleptic, taste tests andinternational taste competitions.

This way we achieve the consumer to enjoy and taste,

a product that has the same quality and taste characteristics

of each year in all packages

Produced from green unripe olives of Chalkidiki,

collected only by hand and pressed in 24 hours at a temperature of 25° C.
