The website www.thedelifair.gr and its applications are a digital platform developed for and managed by the Company and simulates the functions and benefits of a physical trade expo (exhibition). Thedelifair.gr is mainly addressed to professionals and works as a tool for promoting producers and their products to professional buyers and consumers, provides online interaction with the exhibition visitors, offers B2B online meetings between producers/exhibitors and national or international buyers, provides exhibitors and visitors with online training, webinars and entertainment and informs about our services, making it possible to directly communicate with us. The users of the digital platform and those who have access to it are its administrators (Company) and those acting on behalf of the Company, as well as producers / exhibitors, buyers and visitors.
C. ACCEPTANCE AND USE
The use of the website must also be lawful and in accordance with the rules of good faith, business ethics and etiquette that applies to using the internet and tο participating in an actual/ physical trade exhibition. The use of the website is prohibited for the purposes of, but not limited to, sending, publishing or in any way transmitting content that: a) is illegal for any reason, b) causes damages to the Company or to any third party (exhibitor, buyer, visitor or other), c) breaches the confidentiality of any information and data privacy, d) is against common social values, rights of minors etc., e) disregards the Company`s intellectual rights or those of any third party and infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any kind, f) contains software viruses or any other piece of code, files or programs designed to interrupt, cause damage to, destroy or impede the operation of any software or hardware, g) constitutes an intentional or unintentional breach of applicable law, h) constitutes harassment of third parties in any way or collection or storage of personal data of other users or personal data obtained or used illegally. When using the website you shall also refrain from any action that may harm the image, legitimate interests or rights of the Company or affect the website`s operation or in any way prevent its smooth use by other users.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw or not the digital platform after the exhibition, as well as to modify the website and its applications without any notice or to block access to some parts or the entire website for the purpose of maintenance etc. The Company is not obliged to make the website permanently available or keep it available beyond the days and hours of operation of the online exhibition and will not be held responsible in the event that the website becomes partially or completely unavailable for any reason at any time and for any period of time. The Company does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted and secure access to the services of the website, as its operation is likely to be influenced by external factors and therefore the Company is not responsible in case of malfunction, interruption or failure to the hardware or software that supports the website`s operation. The Company also does not guarantee and holds no responsibility for the quality, adequacy and security of the telecommunication network of the internet service provider or other network required for the operation of the website and is not responsible for network functionality problems that may be caused by third parties and may make the website unavailable for any period of time.

The Company explicitly states that we do not in any case act as intermediaries, contract brokers, sellers, agents, e.a. and we do not participate in any way in any financial or other transaction between the users of the website that participate in the online exhibition and may or may not decide to enter in a contract with each other.
Therefore, the Company does not guarantee the realization and/or success of the B2B online meetings included in their purchased services nor the conclusion of any contracts between exhibitors and buyers. The scheduling and realization of those meetings and/or their success, as well as the conclusion of contracts between them, depends exclusively on the participants themselves. In order to use this specific feature of the website, the Company: a) asks you to activate a Zoom account, which is automatically created though SAML 2.0 and IdP (ID Provider) and included in our parent account with Zoom as a service provider, b) provides you with online user manual, where you will find all the information about how to organize and hold B2B online meetings at any time, c) provides you with the website and its applications and services, so that exhibitors and buyers can meet each other as if you were, as much as possible, in a physical food expo.
The Company bears no responsibility for any cancellations or lack of availability of the parties that have scheduled a B2B online meeting and in no case does the Company undertake the brokerage of such meetings, but only provides you with the space and the opportunity to organize such meetings.
The Company does not accept cancellations of participations in the online exhibition, as justified by its digital nature. The Company also reserves the right to refuse any participation without having to provide a specific justification, as well as to block one`s visibility on the website, especially if financial conditions required for your participation have not been met accordingly and for as long as such issues stay unresolved.
The Company has no obligation to verify the accuracy of the content of the website, as for example data of the participants, descriptions of the products, product specifications, digital exhibitor kiosks, availability of the products, availability of the participants, content of the events and any live streaming, content of any articles on the exhibition blog e.a. In no event can the Company guarantee the usefulness, accuracy, completeness or relevance of the content and/or that it is up to date, and we will bear no responsibility for errors or omissions regarding the content and the website, except in case we intentionally present inaccurate information. The Company also bears no responsibility for decisions made by users and members of the site based on its content.
After the creation of an account, each exhibitor/buyer/visitor enjoys the platform`s services, such as the B2B online meetings and interactive communication with other users, but they are solely responsible for all operations carried out through their account and for showing the proportionate and necessary due diligence in safeguarding their account`s privacy.
Exhibitor user accounts also have the interactive ability to post photographic, promotional and informative material on their digital kiosk. All information, like data, texts, graphics, photographs, images, audiovisual files, messages and in general any content posted or published by the users in this context, remains under the sole liability of the person from whom it originates. Therefore, each user is solely responsible and liable for content posted, uploaded, transferred or otherwise made available through the website.
The Company provides users with the website, so that our digital platform will function as an online trade exhibition of products. In this context, the Company does not and cannot guarantee the quality, safety, condition of products and companies, the ability of suppliers to supply or their compliance with other special or general obligations. In addition, exhibitors/buyers have the opportunity to invite others to participate in the exhibition and for example visit your online kiosk, by sending an online invitation to your recipients through our website. In this case, we collect the email address of your invitees only if you state that you have obtained their email addresses legally and that you have the right to use them for this purpose. In any case, the Company takes no responsibility about your relevant actions or omissions.
In addition to the above, you will also be required to use a personal activation link, where you will set a password to activate your user account. This remains confidential and is not disclosed to the Company in any way. Please note, that your username, password and other safety features must be kept confidential by you too and you must not disclose such data to third parties.
As an exhibitor/buyer participating in the expo, you will also enter a financial transaction/contract with our Company, as a result of which we will process the details of the transaction required by law, such as company name, address, telephone, VAT number, bank account number from where you made the payment etc.
3.2. Registered Visitors
During the process of creating your visitor account, we will collect some of your personal data, which are limited to the necessary, such as: Name (Mandatory), Surname (Mandatory), Profession (Mandatory), Email (Mandatory), Company Name (Mandatory), Business Activity (Mandatory), Time Zone (Mandatory), Language (Mandatory), Business Address (Optional), Telephone Number (Optional), Mobile Number (Optional), Profile Photo (Optional), Facebook Business Page (Optional), LinkedIn Business Page (Optional).
Your browsing in the exhibition is anonymous for the rest of the users, except for when you visit the exhibition digital kiosks. In this case, your registered name, the name of your company and your business activity are visible to the exhibitors, who can directly address you through our application. In such a case you will receive a notification via email from the exhibitor through our application to your account, without your registered email address being visible to the exhibitor.

3.3. Online Events
If exhibitors choose to use the electronic event services (eg trainings, seminars, webinars, workshops, live streaming), we will process some information about the natural person who curates the event, such as: Photo, Name, Short CV, but this data is all optional.
Also, if you wish, either as exhibitors or buyers or visitors, to participate in such events, you will submit your participation within the event page by clicking on the relevant button and your account details of your participation in such events will be retained kept in our website`s records as mentioned above.
3.4. Online meetings
3.4.1. B2B online meetings
If you are an exhibitor and choose to use our B2B online meetings service, in order to be able to schedule calls and video-calls with the participant buyers, you will be required to activate a Zoom account as an exhibitor/user, which will be added to our umbrella-account to enable you to use this particular service.
Through this feature, we will on the one hand process your email address so that you can receive a link to activate this Zoom account and on the other hand we will also process the details and activity of this Zoom account so that they will be visible to us and to the respective interested participants (buyers), when you make use of the service (for example submit an B2B online meeting request etc) and in order for you be enabled to use the service.
3.4.2. One-to-One online meetings
If you are an exhibitor and choose to use our One-to-One online meetings service, in order to be able to schedule calls and video-calls with the registered visitors, you will be required to activate a Zoom account as an exhibitor/user, which will be added to our umbrella-account to enable you to use this particular service.
Through this feature, we will on the one hand process your email address so that you can receive a link to activate this Zoom account or receive a notification when a visitor requests an online meeting with you and on the other hand we will also process the details and activity of this Zoom account so that they will be visible to us and to the respective interested participants (visitors), when you make use of the service (for example you will appear as available every time you log in the digital expo platform or as busy every time you are in an online meeting etc) and in order for you be enabled to use the service.
3.5.1. When you fill up our newsletter form, we process the name of your company and the registered email address.
3.5.2. When you contact us using our website contact email ([email protected]), we will also process your email address and the content of your message.

Any connection on our website to third party websites through links, hyperlinks, banners, etc. does not imply that the Company assumes any responsibility for the content of those websites, the quality and the completeness of any products or services presented on them or their privacy policies. Specifically regarding links to Facebook, our application does not have an embedded “like” or “share” button, but we do have the Facebook icon working on our website as a link to our own Facebook page. When selecting such links, kindly note that your browser may have direct access to Facebook servers and Facebook may be enabled to receive, by transmission, information about your browser, your IP address and your relevant activity, and they may also link this data to any of your Facebook accounts for further of their own processing. 9. Transmission outside the EEA
Your personal data collected for the purposes above shall not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). However, we cannot exclude any processing of personal data related to you outside the EEA, as for example by someone of our data processors and their employees. Any transfer will only take place in accordance with the applicable law and, if so required, by way of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. 10. Personal data retention period
We only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose(s) of the processing for which the data was collected, unless we have to comply with other legal obligations that require further retention.
When the legal basis for the processing is your explicit consent, your personal data is stored for as long as your consent has not been withdrawn. When you withdraw your consent, your personal data will be deleted, unless there is another legal basis or purpose for the processing and further data retention.

12. Your rights

13. Exercise of rights

Our response to your request will take place within (1) one month of its receipt and your full identification as the data subject, at no cost to you. The above deadline can be extended for a period of two (2) additional months in case of complexity or big number of requests, in which case you will be informed as soon as possible and no later than one (1) month from your ID authentication. In the latter case, we will inform you about the delay and its reasons. In cases where the request is deemed manifestly unfounded or excessive, the Company may either refuse to process it, or request the payment of a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs for providing the information or performing the requested action.
In case: a. you consider that your request was not sufficiently and legally satisfied or b.
