B. THE WEBSITE AND THE ONLINE EXHIBITION thedelifair.gr

The website www.thedelifair.gr and its applications are a digital platform developed for and managed by the Company and simulates the functions and benefits of a physical trade expo (exhibition). Thedelifair.gr is mainly addressed to professionals and works as a tool for promoting producers and their products to professional buyers and consumers, provides online interaction with the exhibition visitors, offers B2B online meetings between producers/exhibitors and national or international buyers, provides exhibitors and visitors with online training, webinars and entertainment and informs about our services, making it possible to directly communicate with us. The users of the digital platform and those who have access to it are its administrators (Company) and those acting on behalf of the Company, as well as producers / exhibitors, buyers and visitors.

C. ACCEPTANCE AND USE

In order to use the content of the website and its services as an online exhibition, the user must create an account as an exhibitor, buyer or visitor of the exhibition. In this context, the content may be subject to special terms, which are accepted by the website`s users every time they visit, use or access the website and our digital exhibition app. In the unlikely event of any discrepancy between general terms of use and any special terms of participation / visit to the exhibition, the special terms (that may also be part of other documents, such as a registration form) shall prevail. The Company undertakes every effort to operate the website in an efficient way, so that each user has free access and use the information and services of thedelifair.gr. Depending on the purchased services of each exhibitor / buyer, access rights can be granted to more users, who will be treated equally in terms of quality as the account they represent in the expo.

Please note that every time you visit thedelifair.gr website or log into the platform you accept these terms of use and any other special terms and you are informed about the use of your personal data in this website, but your acceptance does not by any means conclude any contract, relationship or cooperation of any kind with us. You also acknowledge that you must own a privacy policy and are solely responsible for it. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that you use the website and its applications at your own risk and that you are responsible for ensuring that you and your users have access to the website, as well as that other persons who acquire access to it through your account are made aware of these terms and also comply with our terms. In case of any use against our terms, the Company reserves the right to block the user from the services of the application and / or to delete their account without any notice. The use of the website is prohibited for the purposes of, but not limited to, sending, publishing or in any way transmitting content that: a) is illegal for any reason, b) causes damages to the Company or to any third party (exhibitor, buyer, visitor or other), c) breaches the confidentiality of any information and data privacy, d) is against common social values, rights of minors  etc., e) disregards the Company`s intellectual rights or those of any third party and infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any kind, f) contains software viruses or any other piece of code, files or programs designed to interrupt, cause damage to, destroy or impede the operation of any software or hardware, g) constitutes an intentional or unintentional breach of applicable law, h) constitutes harassment of third parties in any way or collection or storage of personal data of other users or personal data obtained or used illegally. When using the website you shall also refrain from any action that may harm the image, legitimate interests or rights of the Company or affect the website`s operation or in any way prevent its smooth use by other users.

The Company reserves the right to withdraw or not the digital platform after the exhibition, as well as to modify the website and its applications without any notice or to block access to some parts or the entire website for the purpose of maintenance etc. The Company is not obliged to make the website permanently available or keep it available beyond the days and hours of operation of the online exhibition and will not be held responsible in the event that the website becomes partially or completely unavailable for any reason at any time and for any period of time. The Company does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted and secure access to the services of the website, as its operation is likely to be influenced by external factors and therefore the Company is not responsible in case of malfunction, interruption or failure to the hardware or software that supports the website`s operation. The Company also does not guarantee and holds no responsibility for the quality, adequacy and security of the telecommunication network of the internet service provider or other network required for the operation of the website and is not responsible for network functionality problems that may be caused by third parties and may make the website unavailable for any period of time.

The Company implements reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect the website from illegal use and to detect viruses. D. B2B ONLINE MEETINGS

The Company explicitly states that we do not in any case act as intermediaries, contract brokers, sellers, agents, e.a. and we do not participate in any way in any financial or other transaction between the users of the website that participate in the online exhibition and may or may not decide to enter in a contract with each other.

Therefore, the Company does not guarantee the realization and/or success of the B2B online meetings included in their purchased services nor the conclusion of any contracts between exhibitors and buyers. The scheduling and realization of those meetings and/or their success, as well as the conclusion of contracts between them, depends exclusively on the participants themselves. In order to use this specific feature of the website, the Company: a) asks you to activate a Zoom account, which is automatically created though SAML 2.0 and IdP (ID Provider) and included in our parent account with Zoom as a service provider, b) provides you with online user manual, where you will find all the information about how to organize and hold B2B online meetings at any time, c) provides you with the website and its applications and services, so that exhibitors and buyers can meet each other as if you were, as much as possible, in a physical food expo.

The Company also informs you about the following special terms of use of the B2B online meetings service, which may also be included in other documents between the Company and the exhibitor/buyer: a) to be able to use this service, it is required that you activate a Zoom account on thedelifair.gr platform, b) it is also required that you follow the instructions described in detail in the app`s user manual, which is available online on the website pages, c) you must commit to your availability for scheduled online appointments within the expo duration and in your provided availability slots, which can in no case be less than 2 hours per expo day, d) you must accept that any cancellations of scheduled appointments can only take place before 10am on the scheduled day, e) if your appointment with a buyer gets canceled as above, this appointment will not be deducted from the total number of your purchased appointments.

The Company bears no responsibility for any cancellations or lack of availability of the parties that have scheduled a B2B online meeting and in no case does the Company undertake the brokerage of such meetings, but only provides you with the space and the opportunity to organize such meetings.

E. CANCELLATIONS

The Company does not accept cancellations of participations in the online exhibition, as justified by its digital nature. The Company also reserves the right to refuse any participation without having to provide a specific justification, as well as to block one`s visibility on the website, especially if financial conditions required for your participation have not been met accordingly and for as long as such issues stay unresolved.

F. CONTENT

The Company has no obligation to verify the accuracy of the content of the website, as for example data of the participants, descriptions of the products, product specifications, digital exhibitor kiosks, availability of the products, availability of the participants, content of the events and any live streaming, content of any articles on the exhibition blog e.a. In no event can the Company guarantee the usefulness, accuracy, completeness or relevance of the content and/or that it is up to date, and we will bear no responsibility for errors or omissions regarding the content and the website, except in case we intentionally present inaccurate information. The Company also bears no responsibility for decisions made by users and members of the site based on its content.

After the creation of an account, each exhibitor/buyer/visitor enjoys the platform`s services, such as the B2B online meetings and interactive communication with other users, but they are solely responsible for all operations carried out through their account and for showing the proportionate and necessary due diligence in safeguarding their account`s privacy.

Exhibitor user accounts also have the interactive ability to post photographic, promotional and informative material on their digital kiosk. All information, like data, texts, graphics, photographs, images, audiovisual files, messages and in general any content posted or published by the users in this context, remains under the sole liability of the person from whom it originates. Therefore, each user is solely responsible and liable for content posted, uploaded, transferred or otherwise made available through the website.

The Company provides users with the website, so that our digital platform will function as an online trade exhibition of products. In this context, the Company does not and cannot guarantee the quality, safety, condition of products and companies, the ability of suppliers to supply or their compliance with other special or general obligations. In any case, the Company does not provide any guarantee regarding the price, marketability and suitability of the products in the exhibition and in no form encourage specific transactions through our website. The Company strictly advises the users of the website to always verify the accuracy of the available information themselves and to be informed regarding the characteristics of the product or the business of their interest/choice.

In addition to the above, it is noted that the choices of products and companies in the online expo does not constitute an exhaustive representation of all the products available in the Greek market, but only of those producers that choose to participate in the online expo “ thedelifair.gr”.

G. DISCLAIMER AND INTERPRETATION CLAUSE

As mentioned in the beginning, upon visiting the website of ‘thedelifair.gr’ every user agrees to our terms and accepts them and also accepts that they have been informed and agree to the processing of personal data. The users of the website and those with access to it are the administrators (Company) and those acting on our behalf, the producers/exhibitors, the buyers and the visitors. From the nature of the activity/services and the purposes of our digital platform, it is understood that the vast majority of the website`s users are legal persons and in this context excluded from the scope of personal data protection. Therefore, our privacy policy only concerns those limited cases where personal data (of individuals-natural persons) will be processed through our website as described in detail in the following sections.

Personal Data we collect varies based on the services you use and includes, but is not limited to:

3.1. Exhibitors/Buyers

Some personal data are collected when you participate in the digital expo thedelifair.gr and register your business in our website as an exhibitor or a buyer. This data is necessary for creating your user account and using our services. We make sure that the personal information required is limited to the strictly necessary details about the representatives of your business, such as: Name (Mandatory), Surname (Mandatory), Occupation (Optional), Email (Mandatory), Company Name (Mandatory) Business Address (Mandatory), Telephone Number (Optional), Mobile Number (Optional), and Profile Photo (Optional).

Respectively, you also have the opportunity to register the necessary data of your employees as users of your corporate account and in this case, we collect your employee data like: Name (Mandatory), Surname (Mandatory), Occupation (Optional), Email (Mandatory), Company Name (Mandatory) Business Address (Mandatory), Telephone (Optional), Mobile Phone (Optional), and Profile Photo (Optional).

In addition, exhibitors/buyers have the opportunity to invite others to participate in the exhibition and for example visit your online kiosk, by sending an online invitation to your recipients through our website. In this case, we collect the email address of your invitees only if you state that you have obtained their email addresses legally and that you have the right to use them for this purpose. In any case, the Company takes no responsibility about your relevant actions or omissions.

In addition to the above, you will also be required to use a personal activation link, where you will set a password to activate your user account. This remains confidential and is not disclosed to the Company in any way. Please note, that your username, password and other safety features must be kept confidential by you too and you must not disclose such data to third parties.

As an exhibitor/buyer participating in the expo, you will also enter a financial transaction/contract with our Company, as a result of which we will process the details of the transaction required by law, such as company name, address, telephone, VAT number, bank account number from where you made the payment etc.

Our website will also keep a record of your account use (eg login details with your account credentials, your IP address etc.), of your participation in the online events, in the scheduled real-time online meetings between exhibitors and visitors (One-to-One online meetings), in the scheduled B2B online meetings between exhibitors and buyers, as well as of any consent that you may have provided regarding the use of cookies or your contact details or of other forms that you may have filled in, such as a participation form etc.

3.2. Registered Visitors

During the process of creating your visitor account, we will collect some of your personal data, which are limited to the necessary, such as: Name (Mandatory), Surname (Mandatory), Profession (Mandatory), Email (Mandatory), Company Name (Mandatory), Business Activity (Mandatory), Time Zone (Mandatory), Language (Mandatory), Business Address (Optional), Telephone Number (Optional), Mobile Number (Optional), Profile Photo (Optional), Facebook Business Page (Optional), LinkedIn Business Page (Optional).

Your browsing in the exhibition is anonymous for the rest of the users, except for when you visit the exhibition digital kiosks. In this case, your registered name, the name of your company and your business activity are visible to the exhibitors, who can directly address you through our application. In such a case you will receive a notification via email from the exhibitor through our application to your account, without your registered email address being visible to the exhibitor.

In addition to the above, you will also be required to use a personal activation link, where you will set a password to activate your user account. This remains confidential and is not disclosed to the Company in any way. Please note, that your username, password and other safety features must be kept confidential by you too and you must not disclose such data to third parties. Visitors are also not required to have or create a Zoom account, in order to use the online expo app.

Our website will also keep a record of your account use (eg login details with your account credentials, your IP address etc.), of your participation in the online events, in the scheduled real-time online meetings between exhibitors and visitors (One-to-One online meetings), of your visits to the digital kiosks, as well as of any consent that you may have provided regarding the use of cookies or your contact details or of other forms that you may have filled in.

3.3. Online Events

If exhibitors choose to use the electronic event services (eg trainings, seminars, webinars, workshops, live streaming), we will process some information about the natural person who curates the event, such as: Photo, Name, Short CV, but this data is all optional.

Also, if you wish, either as exhibitors or buyers or visitors, to participate in such events, you will submit your participation within the event page by clicking on the relevant button and your account details of your participation in such events will be retained kept in our website`s records as mentioned above.

3.4. Online meetings

3.4.1. B2B online meetings

If you are an exhibitor and choose to use our B2B online meetings service, in order to be able to schedule calls and video-calls with the participant buyers, you will be required to activate a Zoom account as an exhibitor/user, which will be added to our umbrella-account to enable you to use this particular service.

Through this feature, we will on the one hand process your email address so that you can receive a link to activate this Zoom account and on the other hand we will also process the details and activity of this Zoom account so that they will be visible to us and to the respective interested participants (buyers), when you make use of the service (for example submit an B2B online meeting request etc) and in order for you be enabled to use the service.

3.4.2. One-to-One online meetings

If you are an exhibitor and choose to use our One-to-One online meetings service, in order to be able to schedule calls and video-calls with the registered visitors, you will be required to activate a Zoom account as an exhibitor/user, which will be added to our umbrella-account to enable you to use this particular service.

Through this feature, we will on the one hand process your email address so that you can receive a link to activate this Zoom account or receive a notification when a visitor requests an online meeting with you and on the other hand we will also process the details and activity of this Zoom account so that they will be visible to us and to the respective interested participants (visitors), when you make use of the service (for example you will appear as available every time you log in the digital expo platform or as busy every time you are in an online meeting etc) and in order for you be enabled to use the service.

3.5. General

3.5.1. When you fill up our newsletter form, we process the name of your company and the registered email address.

3.5.2. When you contact us using our website contact email ([email protected]), we will also process your email address and the content of your message.

3.5.3. Every time you visit our website we will process your device information, such as your IP address, technical details of your browser and other technical data through the absolutely necessary cookies that are installed on our website and those cookies you have consented to. - To notify you for every change to this privacy policy, to our cookie policy and to our terms of use.

- To facilitate the promotion, connection and communication between exhibitors/buyers/visitors of the digital expo, so that our app functions according to its specifications and as close to a physical expo as possible, which is the website`s purpose in the first place and enable it to work a tool of promotion for producers and their products to interested professional buyers and consumers, a tool for their electronic interaction with visitors, a tool for participating to scheduled B2B meetings between producers/exhibitors and national and international buyers, a tool used for education, information and entertainment. In this context, the exhibitor and buyer user-account details will be visible to all participants of the digital exhibition.

Legal Basis

- To carry out all processing necessary for our legal and regulatory compliance (for example it is necessary that we collect and store your VAT details for as long as it is required by the Greek Tax Law and anti-money laundering EU law or to transmit your personal data to one of the largest data centres in the EU where our website is being hosted, so that our service provider - data processor guarantees that they have all necessary security measures to enable us, the data controllers, to comply with the technical and organizational measures required by the GDPR etc).

The processing is necessary for us to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

- To investigate any misuse/abuse of our services and take all necessary measures or to investigate any wrongdoing, e.g. libel etc, in case an offense is possibly committed by means of our website and to report to the Authorities.

- To carry out necessary processing to keep our website up and running, such as testing, training, quality control etc.

- To be able to maintain and exercise our legal rights as the website administrators according to the terms of its use.

- To pursue other legal purposes, such as keeping a track record for legal reasons or transmitting your data when required by a legal warrant, court order or decision, as well as when we are in good faith in believing that such actions are necessary to protect the rest of the website users or the public or even to prevent our own legal liability.

- To use more than the basic cookies and/or third party add-ons in order to enhance the use of our website and our services, if you have opted for them.

- To enable you to register and use a visitor`s account to navigate yourself in the exhibition, to submit a call request to an exhibitor or vice versa and to enable this communication to take place.

The processing is necessary to support our legitimate interests in managing our business and managing our digital app as a business asset, including legal, administrative and management purposes, as well as maintaining our communication with our present or future customers and informing the public about our services, provided our interests are not overridden by your interests.

- To keep our digital application up to date and keep the records (logs) of its operation and use.

- To analyse your user and use data for statistic reasons with anonymization and pursue to enhance our business strategy in relation to the website`s operation.

- To store your personal data using a 3rd party service provider (IaaS/data center), who are hosting our website on their servers and are applying all technical and organisational security measures as our data processor, as well as to transmit to other processor under the same guarantees (e.g. email providers etc).

- To transmit your company`s email address as exhibitors to the 3rd party service provider of calls and video-calls “Zoom”, in order to enable you to use our Β2Β and One-to-One online meeting services.

- To ask for your opinion about our services after the completion of our digital exhibition, communicating with you about a survey or questionnaire and your satisfaction.

- To communicate with you after the completion of our digital exhibition, in pursuit of entering into new contracts with you for our next possible physical trade exhibition EXPOTROF, as well as to let you know about hosting the Athens Fine Food Awards (AFFA) and other future activities, such as seminars and webinars following our digital expo thedelifair.gr.

- To enable us to respond to you in case you sent us a query through our website contact email or by any other means or submitted any question, request or other communication to us.

 

- To facilitate further communication between exhibitors and visitors after the completion of our digital exhibition by providing them with the email address and name of their visitors, as well as by enabling the exhibitors to have visibility on the name, company and business activity of their visitor during a digital kiosk visit, so that the exhibitor can directly reach this visitor in real time.

 

- To transmit to Zoom the email address of your company as an exhibitor or buyer Zoom, so that you will be enabled to use your account in order to book and make online Β2Β meetings with the rest of the expo participants.  

 

- To communicate with you in order to talk about new business and cooperation opportunities, as well as to inform you about future exhibitions/activities of thedelifair.gr.

 

- To transmit your IP address, technical details of your browser or other technical details to 3rd parties like Facebook, Instagram, YouΤube, when you click on the respective links on our website and get transferred directly on our profiles on those 3rd party apps.

 

- To transmit your IP address, technical details of your browser or other technical details to 3rd parties like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, when you click on the respective links in our website`s Blog, which directly transfer you to the author`s personal profile on those 3rd party apps.

6. Automated decision making/profiling

We do not make decisions or profiling based on automated processing of your data.

7. The data recipients  

We do not "sell" your personal data, as we consider them an important part of our business relationship. We will therefore not sell your personal information to third parties or advertisers. However, under certain circumstances, we may lawfully disclose or publish or transmit some of your personal data to third parties without further notice to you, except for the content of this privacy statement. Such a case is our employees, who have had the appropriate training to ensure safe processing of your personal data and are legally bound by their obligations to our Company. Similarly, our business partners or service providers (data processors assigned with processing by our Company), such as for example tax service providers, IaaS service provider that provides hosting of our website on their servers/data center, call and video-call service provider (Zoom), email service provider, IT services and other technical/supporting services providers, legal services providers etc. The processing of personal data by the processors is carried out on behalf of our Company and under the guarantee of appropriate technical and organizational measures that safeguard your data protection and security.

Third parties who may also gain access to your data are official state and supervisory bodies (e.g prosecutors and supervisory authorities etc.), only in those cases we will be required to comply with the law and the transmission is deemed necessary for reasons of public interest, as well as for the establishment, exercise or support of legal claims. As our business grows, we can also sell or buy some business. In the event of a merger or acquisition, dissolution or similar corporate event, your personal data may be part of transferrable assets and any successor to the Company will retain the right to process in accordance with this policy. Accordingly, we may share your data with subsidiaries or affiliates always under the terms of this policy.

It is also understood that in order to achieve the purpose of our website functioning as an e-expo digital platform, when you have registered an exhibitor/buyer user account data like the name of your company/organization, the name of your representative, your telephone number, your e-mail address will be available to all participants and visitors. In addition to that, when you sign up to participate in the exhibition as an exhibitor, we transmit your email to Zoom and you will receive a notification from this service provider to activate your account, as in other case you will be unable to use our B2B and One-to-One online meeting services. Afterwards, whenever you use those online services to request an appointment, have a call or a video-call, then the service provider Zoom gains access to your account details and your browser through our website. Through this process, Zoom may collect your personal data for their further purposes, therefore kindly check and thoroughly read their respective privacy policy.

Furthermore, if you are a visitor at the exhibition and wish to contact an exhibitor through our application, the exhibitor may be able to access your name, the name of your company and your business activity, in order to contact you about the products of your interest and address you through our digital platform via notification to your visitor user-account. If you also subscribe to an online event, training, seminar, webinar or workshop, the event organizer may have visibility on your above information too. After you navigate the exhibition as a visitor, the exhibitors whom you have shown interest in by visiting their digital kiosks during the digital expo may receive your email address in order to further contact you for their own purposes regarding your interest.

Please note that, according to our terms of use, each participant in the exhibition must own a privacy policy and are solely responsible for that. However, according to their respective policies, those parties may be able to send the visitors marketing emails and messages about their activities and products that may have been of your interest during the online exhibition. In no case act these parties as data processors on our behalf, but as data controllers on their own account and our Company holds no responsibility for their actions or omissions regarding your personal data or their own privacy policies. It is important that you always separately read the relevant privacy policies of each party before providing your personal data. It is clarified that the above does not apply to unregistered visitors of our website.

8. Links to third party websites

Any connection on our website to third party websites through links, hyperlinks, banners, etc. does not imply that the Company assumes any responsibility for the content of those websites, the quality and the completeness of any products or services presented on them or their privacy policies. Each natural person should be informed about the protection and processing of their data on those websites and read the respective privacy policies.

In any case, you may be informed that we cooperate with some third parties such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc, where we maintain accounts (profiles) of thedelifair.gr digital exhibition. For the purpose of our own advertising, we maintain links to those pages on our website. When you select the respective links ("buttons"), you will leave our website and get transferred to the website of each social media provider. This third party may collect your personal data through your browser for their own purposes and according to their own privacy policy, whether you maintain a profile or account with them or not. The Company bears no responsibility for these policies, which you are kindly requested to carefully review and read before selecting any link from our website to another. In no event do these third parties act as data processors on our behalf, but as data controllers on their own account, who may collect your personal data when you select the relevant link to their websites through our website.

Specifically regarding links to Facebook, our application does not have an embedded “like” or “share” button, but we do have the Facebook icon working on our website as a link to our own Facebook page. When selecting such links, kindly note that your browser may have direct access to Facebook servers and Facebook may be enabled to receive, by transmission, information about your browser, your IP address and your relevant activity, and they may also link this data to any of your Facebook accounts for further of their own processing. For more information about such processing of your data by Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc please refer to their respective privacy statements.

9. Transmission outside the EEA

Your personal data collected for the purposes above shall not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). However, we cannot exclude any processing of personal data related to you outside the EEA, as for example by someone of our data processors and their employees. Any transfer will only take place in accordance with the applicable law and, if so required, by way of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. 10. Personal data retention period

We only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose(s) of the processing for which the data was collected, unless we have to comply with other legal obligations that require further retention.

When the legal basis for the processing is your explicit consent, your personal data is stored for as long as your consent has not been withdrawn. When you withdraw your consent, your personal data will be deleted, unless there is another legal basis or purpose for the processing and further data retention.

All personal data collected through cookies are deleted in accordance with the cookie policy described above (section 3.5.3.).

11. Data security

We are committed to taking appropriate organizational and technical measures to secure and protect your personal data from any form of unauthorized or unlawful processing. We also use Electronic Security Certificate (SSL) to ensure the secure exchange of data between our website and your browser.

The security measures we take are reviewed when necessary, while our employees, who process your personal data on our behalf, have received appropriate guidance, training and information. The processing carried out by data processors on behalf of the Company is also under the guarantee of the appropriate technical and organizational measures in place for protecting your personal data.

12. Your rights

Access Right: You have the right to be informed if we process your data. If we do, you have the right to be informed about the purpose of the processing, the type of data we process, who we give it to, how long we store it, if any automated decisions are made and what are your other rights. You can also receive a copy of your data in the form and medium in which you submitted your request to us.

Correction Right: If you believe there is an error in your data you can request its correction (eg correction of your name, email or telephone number).

Deletion Right (Right to be forgotten): You can request that we delete your data if it is no longer necessary for the above mentioned processing purposes or if you withdraw your consent (in case this is the only legal basis for processing).

Portability Right: You can ask us to provide you with your data in a readable form or to pass it on to another data controller, provided that the legal basis for processing is your consent or a contract.

Right to limit processing: You can ask us to limit the processing of your data for as long as any processing objections are pending.

Right to object to processing: You may object to the processing of your data or withdraw your consent and we will stop processing your data unless there are other compelling and legitimate reasons prevailing and as long as the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interests.

Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time, in cases where the processing is carried out on that legal basis. Withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your prior consent or of processing that takes place on more than one legal basis.

13. Exercise of rights

If you need further information regarding the processing of your personal data or if you wish to exercise any of the above rights, you can address your request to us either by using our postal address at Panionias Street no. 18, T.K. 16561, Glyfada Attica or our e-mail address ([email protected]) and you may name your request as "Exercise of the right of access/ correction/ deletion/restriction/opposition/withdrawal of consent" and provide with a description of it. We will make sure to process your request and reply to you as soon as possible.

Our response to your request will take place within (1) one month of its receipt and your full identification as the data subject, at no cost to you. The above deadline can be extended for a period of two (2) additional months in case of complexity or big number of requests, in which case you will be informed as soon as possible and no later than one (1) month from your ID authentication. In the latter case, we will inform you about the delay and its reasons. In cases where the request is deemed manifestly unfounded or excessive, the Company may either refuse to process it, or request the payment of a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs for providing the information or performing the requested action.

In case: a. you consider that your request was not sufficiently and legally satisfied or b. 14. Amendments to the Privacy Policy

We will update our Privacy Policy whenever necessary. If there are any significant changes, we will notify you either by posting a notice on the website before the changes take effect or by any other appropriate means or via email, if you have opted for it. We encourage you to read the privacy policy on a regular basis and be informed of the way your data is protected. The last revision of the Privacy Policy took place on 31/1/2021.

AMENDMENTS OF THE TERMS OF USE IN GENERAL

These terms may be amended from time to time and whenever the Company deems it necessary. You will be informed about each amendment through the pages of the website or by email, if you have opted for the latter.

The use of our website is subject to the terms of use as they are on the date you visit the website. Please check the terms regularly, so that you are aware of their content at all times. As you have been informed, the continuation of use of the website after any amendment of the terms of use implies unconditional acceptance of those changes.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

All the terms above and the use of the website are subject to the Greek law and should be interpreted accordingly. Any related dispute should be handled by the competent Courts of Athens, Greece.
