The traditional Cretan bakery of Agios Nektarios is located in Chania where we make our products and has remained in the same location for over 65 years.

Cretan tradition has been and will always be the main inspiration for what we do.

In our Xylofurno we respect all the primordial ways of production in terms of taste and quality, and we resist industrialization, honoring the people who taught us the art of the Cretan Traditional Bakery, its philosophy, culture, and history.
