Produced by the greek variety Malagouzia, cultivated in vineyards in Nea Messimvria, Thessaloniki.

Cold maceraiton at 14-16C for 6-8 hours for the extraction of more flavors and aromas. The duration of alcoholic fermentation is about 15 days in stainless steel tanks.

The wine stays with its lees into stainless steel tanks, while a small part of it is matured into the barrels.

Chatacteristics

Clear yellow-green color with aromas of white flowers, whiteflesh fruits and vanilia. The acidity is balanced, the taste is rich and the aftertaste is long.

Served at 10-12C and accompanied with fresh fish on the grill, white meat and fruit salads.
