INFORMATION

The fresh rosé shepherd has a medium rosé color. The nose is dominated by primary aromas of red fruit, wine, strawberry, and raspberry. On the palate it is dry with moderate (+) acidity, soft tannins, medium (+) body with distinct oiliness and characteristics of red cherry, unripe strawberry, raspberry, and plum.

Long and crunchy aftertaste.

A fruity rosé that accompanies a large variety of Mediterranean cuisine.
