The traditional cheese factory "Tyrakeion" was started by the Mykoniatis family in the Atzeriti Keas area where they have been maintaining their own farm for three generations.

Τhe Mykoniati brothers, the cheesemaker Alexandros and the confectioner Yiannis, created two stores in Ioulida, Kea and Agios Dimitrios, Attica.

Using raw materials of their production, they make cheese products, milk, ice cream, sweets and serve traditional pies and coffee.
