In the spring of 1997, the brothers Anastasios and Angelos Doukas "dared" to export olive oil to America. The venture succeeded and Ariston Specialties was initially created.
Shortly afterward, the unique balsamic oils from Modena, Italy were added to the long list of Ariston products.
The huge American market and its growing needs led the founders to create Ariston Hellas which can cope with the ever-growing demand and support such a demanding market.
