Since 1918, grandpa’s grocery had been the centerpiece of the village square.

“Agapi” (greek word for love) of Proussos was handed down by generation to generation but the different needs of modern society and the fast pace of today’s lifestyle led to its early closing. And this is how past meets present…

To this day, after three generations, our need to preserve our family tradition has given birth to the idea of creating a new –online this time- grocery.

“Βacal eco” is an online shop selling many products, organic and conventional ones, always with our due respect to quality and our attention to detail.

So, our “bacal eco” offers a wide range of Greek traditional products, sush as legumes, spices, fragrant plants, honey, tsipouro, just to name a few.
