Plaza - Mavridis Bros founded in 2008, is certified according ISO and HACCP. Plaza manufactures, standardizes and trades products in the HO.RE.CA. sector. Currently, we produce powder mixtures for soft ice cream, iced beverages like syrups for slush (granita) and iced coffee mix . Moreover we have our pastry product series with mixtures for waffles, crepes and donuts and a big variety of pastry mixtures such us fruit jelly, chocolate cake, pastry cream, mousse and pudding creams in powder, orange pie,pekan pie and other traditional sweets. We produce ice cream toppings and flavored syrups for cocktails ,coffee and beverages and a huge variety of drinking chocolates, too. Last but not least our product family include many new products like hazelnut praline and cooking products like béchamel, soups and vegan products in powder form, too. Our products can be made under PRIVATE LABEL and custom package according to our clients’ needs. Finally our company trades high quality equipment such as ice cream machines and slush machines.
