Grape vinegar, apple vinegar, balsamic vinegar and creams, lemon juice and lemon dressings, all ideal companions to any food in our traditional and contemporary cuisine. Now in the hands of the second generation, the company has transformed into a modern production unit covering an area of 2000 m², drawing on its experience while always looking to the future. The values passed on to us are still our main philosophy: We make a point of selecting exceptional raw materials, creating relationships of trust with suppliers and customers based on our mutual benefit, and constantly being in search of improvement. Our company invests dynamically in machinery and improving production conditions. It keeps abreast of market developments through constant research, it upgrades and develops its range of products, while offering improved work, hygiene, and safety conditions. Since 2005 it has implemented the ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 systems in all production stages: including plastic bottles and lids, products, and bottling. It has also received IFS Food Standard Higher Level certification. Today it is a dynamic company with a broad range of private label products marketed in Greece and beyond, and remarkable export activities. The new range of balsamic creams has received awards for its quality and taste at several international competitions.
