Tour Taste Mykonos | Aggelos Bakopoulos

A few words about Angelos Bakopoulos

Angelos Bakopoulos was born in Pyrgos, Ilia, studied culinary arts in Heraklion, Crete, has worked in some of the best restaurants and hotels in our country.

For the last five years he has been executive chef at the hotels katikies mykonos & katikies Santorini, counting several awards for mikrasia restaurants from the largest and most important gastronomic institutions of our country. (golden hats & fnl stars).

His gastronomic motto is "It is cooked with taste"

His favorite ingredients (tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil).

He collaborates mainly with small producers and is an ambassador of modern Greek cuisine. Many articles and tributes state that he is one of the most important chefs and representative of the new generation.
