A few words about Maria Klimi
Hailing from Nisyros, Kos and Kalymnos, Maria Klimi was born in Rhodes and grew up in Kalymnos, where she worked as an English teacher.

Her great love for cooking and creation led her to give up teaching, to become a student again, and to be "baked" in the kitchens of restaurants and large hotels.
