"Olvia" is an extra virgin olive oil from organically grown olives of the varieties Adrammytini and Kolovi , grown in the mountainous olive groves of the Tzortzi family in the heart of Lesvos.

"Olvia" is characterized by its balanced taste, its bright color and its intense aromatic character. It is wonderful in fresh salads, grilled fish, grilled chicken, cooking with legumes.

Organic olive oil is olive oil derived from organically grown olives. According to the principles of organic farming, there are specific rules and practices, according to which fertilization, disease control, arrangement of trees in the olive grove, pruning are done. The use of chemical or other inorganic fertilizers, aerial spraying, the use of pesticides, herbicides and insecticides are prohibited.

Official inspection and standardization bodies carry out inspections at all stages of production, preservation and bottling, in order to certify and issue the certificate of organic origin to the olive growers. The label of each organic olive oil must have the relevant marking.
