Our farm is located in the municipality of Amphipolis, at the foot of the sanctuary Paggaio mountain and consists of a total area of ​​54 ha. The company was included in the investment program and so created unit verticalization of our production, with the aim of processing and packaging our products. So in addition to farming, we proceeded to the vertical integration of our production: crusher, production and packaging line, cold room for storage with a view of producing safe products for the consumer and environmental protection. Almonds are harvested, dried in the sun and then transported to the crusher, wherein the almond is exported. It is sorted, packaged and stored in the cold room. Almonds are a good source of protein, vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, minerals and ichnostocheion and contain no cholesterol. They are an easy, good and healthy choice as a snack. They can be added to salads, yoghurt and breakfast cereals. The daily consumption of a small amount, almonds can help lower bad cholesterol (LDL cholesterol), prevention of heart and other degenerative diseases, strengthen the immune system, regulate blood pressure and many other functions.
