NoBetty's Bakery is a bio-certified social artisan bakery based in Athens. We have a passion for real bread. We use organic raw materials from local farmers and small scale producers to produce Greek sourdough; our flour is stone-milled in the traditional way; we don’t use any additives or yeast. We innovate and offer new ideas and flavours to the consumers. We try to keep our environmental impact low, we support society, deliver by bikes and fight against food waste.
